Thank you for shopping with JamieFrantom.com. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Digital Products

Most products sold on JamieFrantom.com are digital, including guides, downloads, templates, and other online resources.

Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital items are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with download instructions or login details.

  • If you do not receive your digital file, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

No physical shipping is required for digital products.

 

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical items are offered in the future (merch, kits, printed books, etc.), the following terms apply:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other major carriers.
Shipping method will be selected based on reliability and cost at the time of shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your location

  • Weight of the items

  • Carrier used

Digital products will never incur a shipping charge.

 

4. Order Tracking

If your purchase includes tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to populate.  

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, JamieFrantom.com is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist when possible.

 

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order information so we can help resolve the issue.

 

7. International Shipping (If Offered)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Any additional charges imposed by your country

These fees are not included in shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
